At BJJ Fanatics, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your training gear and instructional content. If your order isn't a perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached; digital content is eligible for return only if it has not been viewed or downloaded.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
